BINGO Notice:
As many of you have heard, the Pot
of Gold Bingo Hall is closing on January 1, 2004.
Obviously, we will no longer require any more help
with our bingos. Thank you to everyone who volunteered
their time over the last ten to fifteen years. While
it was not a popular means of fundraising, it did
provide us with funds to help offset the cost of
equipment, which kept the cost of registration as
low as we have been able to keep it the last few
years. I especially want to thank the dozen or so
regular, committed volunteers who endured the smoke,
late hours and extra time it took to raise some
money for the almost 700 players in our league.
Many of those volunteers were not smokers, which
makes their contributions so much more special.
